Food For Good Thought

(an Allergy friendly, reasonable priced Bakery & Café in Clintonville, lead by a Columbus City School teacher and run by young adults on the Spectrum)

(Columbus Asia Market, great source for affordable gluten free ingredients; i.e. rice flour, tapioca flour/starch, potato starch, rice noodles, bean thread / noodles, fresh vegetables, really fresh meats, bean curd, soy sauce, gluten free snacks and fruit drinks, dairy free – red bean ice cream,…)

Atomic Café / Beansprouts @ COSI

(fresh, gluten free prepared meals – knowledgeable staff regarding cross contamination, allergies, autism diet, …- super friendly)

Local Cantina

(101 Mill Street, Gahanna, OH) – Celiacs friendly and very knowledgeable in the field of Nutrition / Cross Contamination (they made our corn chips fresh in a fryer free of cross contamination in the kitchen – rather than risking contamination in the open restaurant area, gave us a special menu, checked on us regularly. And fellow celiacs adults they even carry gluten free cider in many different flavors, my personal fave roasted cinnamon-pecan)

Mikey’s Late Nite Slice

(several locations, if worried about cross contamination please let them know. First place not only gluten free pizza but avoiding casein Daiya Vegan Cheese. And again fellow adults – gluten free beer available)
